Education leaders in Washington State are thinking more about early childhood education these days thanks to parent advocates and the Early Learning Action Alliance (ELAA).
ELAA is a coalition of organizations representing a diverse group of Washington nonprofits, professional associations, businesses and industries working to ensure that every child is ready to succeed by kindergarten. LEV is one of the founding members.
Despite another tough budget year, ELAA succeeded in advancing and protecting early learning in Washington. These accomplishments would not have been possible without partners in Olympia who understand the importance of investing in a child’s first five years of life.
